Greg joined the company in 2021, bringing a wealth of manufacturing experience as he grew up in the family that started “Tracey Gear & Precision Shaft” in Pawtucket, Rhode Island in 1945. Greg not only understands the challenges of manufacturing, but he has also worked in manufacturing sales for 21 years leading several sales teams. Greg is passionate about the industry and helping manufacturing and distribution businesses tailor solutions to achieve operational excellence.
