Katrina Hansell

As the Vice President of People Americas, Katrina is tasked with contributing to the Global People Strategy, she spearheads the alignment, implementation, and execution of this strategic vision throughout the Americas.

Katrina’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph and a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen University. She is also a designated Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), actively contributing to the establishment and maintenance of HR standards in Canada. Over the course of five years, Katrina facilitated a roundtable for CPHR, enriching the HR community with her knowledge and insights.

In January 2023, Katrina earned certification as a Reinvention Practitioner from the Reinvention Academy. This reflects her belief in the inevitability of change as the new constant, advocating for companies to proactively anticipate and adapt to evolving landscapes.

Katrina’s fervor lies in acquiring top-tier talent and ensuring their sustained engagement. Her multifaceted expertise, from strategic global contributions to hands-on HR community involvement, showcases her commitment to advancing organizational and personnel excellence.
